I came for a business trip and this place was so fun to stay at. The views from the lodge and on the drive up were stunning and the room was really cozy. There were enough sleeping options for 6 people in the room, a huge jet tub, a patio, and a fireplace. The food at the restaurant was also really good and the portions were big. I would definitely come back!
Awesome service and experience! Great trails and equipment. Rent the jumpsuit well worth the cost as you stay nice and warm. You can wear just street clothes in the jumpsuit in 19° and be comfortable.
Great little restaurant and service. I believe the waitress was Leanne. Food was huge portions and expensive and tasted great. Highly recommend this. Outfitter.
The trails were awesome. Great condition pro tip go earlier in the morning as when they get busy the trails get a little choppier in the afternoon.
A must do while in the Park City area!
We just had our wedding there and it was perfect! Becky was extremely helpful to put it all together. The lodge is absolutely amazing. The restaurant is right there. The trails for RZR rides are right there. They had fire pits with wood ready to go with amazing views! The pool and hot tub are great. Our families loved the place! We are regulars here but it is even more special now after our perfect wedding there! Thank you to Daniel's Summit Lodge and Becky for the amazing experience for us and our families!!!!
Perfect spot for meeting friends for lunch or dinner. Rustic dining area adds to the ambience and the food is delicious. The setting is is beautiful year round and Interstate 40 is well maintained with timely snow removal during the season. The menu is varied enough to keep me going back and seasonal to take advantage of local products. The gift shop is eclectic and offers its by local artists and craftsmen. It is worthy of a trip on it's own
I have not stayed overnight yet so cannot speak to the accusations at this time.
So the room had a weird smelly thing in it somewhere (never could find it). Made the room smell like an old lady's perfume. It was so strong it would make you cough when you entered the room. Gave all of us headaches. Which is a shame, because the main hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms... not so much. Very basic. Restaurant is sort of plain, and dated. We got different menu's than other people for some reason. So we didn't get the same choices.
We drove our side by side to there through the back woods from Spanish Fork. We checked in had Dinner and spent the night. The next morning we awoke and went to the restaurant for breakfast. They had closed the store down because they were getting ready for some type of filming which meant we couldn’t buy fuel for the SXS which was our only transportation home. Luckily the nice person in the restaurant arranged it so we could at least buy fuel but we couldn’t buy anything else like even a bottle of water. A simple sign posted the night before so we could have got everything we need then would have prevented a lot of frustration to add to that there was no vending machines or ice machines in the Hotel.
Nice little secluded lodge is a beautiful area! Wish rooms had a fridge but very rustic and comfortable beds. When I visited it was just after covid, so not everything was open. I loved it still and would highly recommend. I know it is beautiful in the winter with snow, but I will let someone else enjoy the snow! lol
This is an incredible lodge in an incredible location. But sadly in need of employees.
Service is so sub-par I am generously giving 2 stars for service. It is not that the staff is bad, it is just severely under staffed. Which makes me ask, how safe and clean is the place? Walk around the buildings and you will understand what I mean. A lodge bedroom door was blocked open and remained uncleaned for 2 days while we were there.
The lodge has a full service restaurant, but doesn't offer breakfast, go figure. It does provide a poor Continental breakfast, as long as you can get to it before NON-lodge patterns walk in an help themselves to it. Because when it is gone, it is gone, and you go hungry.
If things don't improve soon, this lodge is doomed. So much promise, so little to offer.
